Return and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or that circumstances may require a return or exchange. That’s why we’ve designed our Return and Exchanges Policy to be as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, with all components, manuals, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and the reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including a return address.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Need a different item? We’re happy to help with exchanges! Just email us with your order number and details about the item you’d like in exchange. Once the original item is returned and received, we will process and ship the replacement. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order lighting
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number, so we can provide a swift resolution — whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
